Dan Guerrero’s documentary Gaytino! Made in America screened this past Saturday, we enjoyed a wonderful evening at the screening.

Dignitaries like labor activist Dolores Huerta, renowned artist Barbara Carrasco were in attendance, to celebrate the cultural history Guerrero shared through his very important and entertaining documentary.

Guerrero shared never-before-heard stories about his journey as a producer, screenwriter, theatrical agent and his path to self-acceptance as a gay Chicano.  Dan is a LatinoWood community treasure.
