Noe Gonzalez Tapped as News Director for Telemundo Utah

Telemundo Utah / announced today that Noe Gonzalez has been named News Director. In this role, he will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the newsroom’s operations and performance. Gonzalez will report directly to Jose Suarez, President and General Manager of Telemundo Utah. Gonzalez’s first day at will be July 8.

“We are pleased to welcome Noe to Telemundo Utah. He is strategic and creative, and is the right person to oversee Telemundo Utah’s newsroom,” said Suarez. “His extensive experience with multiplatform news delivery coupled with his strong leadership skills will help us better serve our audiences with best-in-class news content.” 

Gonzalez is an Emmy®-Award winning news professional with 14 years of experience in newsroom management. He joins Telemundo Utah after working at Telemundo Phoenix and holding numerous newsroom roles including Assistant News Director. 

Gonzalez will be relocating to Salt Lake City. 

Telemundo Utah / is Telemundo’s local television station serving the Spanish-speaking audiences throughout Utah including Salt Lake City.
