When two acclaimed chefs unite to operate an eatery, it is sure to be a winning recipe. Energized and excited, Chefs Hugo Molina and Aricia Alvarado, husband and wife team, are the new proprietors of Genovese’s Italian Kitchen, a neighborhood spot the western edge of Alhambra. After years of successful restaurant ventures, the couple is bringing their passion to great food closer to home to serve up delicious comfort food along with lighter, California-inspired options.

The grand reopening is a weekend celebration, starts with the ribbon cutting ceremony on May 17th and on Saturday and Sunday, May 18th and 19th, there will be special treats offered to all patrons who come in to try the new menu items!
