Did you know that the human coronaviruses were discovered in the 1970s?
They were isolated using two different methods in the United Kingdom and the United States. So there was knowledge about this virus decades ago but apparently very limited as to the lethal consequences. Do have a chuckle at the British public information promo though. It is very creative.
